You might be thinking ‘that sounds too good to be true’, but I can assure you it’s a very real job offer. Loungewear firm, Bedroom Athletics, is on the hunt for not one but two slipper lovers to join its team as product testers in the next month.

With working at home still the norm for most of us, and lockdown 3.0 in full swing, this is a new job opp not to be sniffed at…literally!​​​​​​​

And that’s not all – the leading loungewear and soft furnishings company is also looking for its new employees to not only test out its slippers but cosy dressing gowns, throws and cushions too!

This role really is the Cinderella of the job market – applicants can be based anywhere in the UK and the salary is a whopping £40,000 FTC**. The company’s new slipper testers will be expected to try out a selection of brand new – often not yet on the market slippers and or homewares and provide feedback to the designers at Bedroom Athletics on fit, wear and tear and design as well as road (or in this case sofa) testing a range of the new Bedroom Athletics homewares.

According to Bedroom Athletics, candidates must be able to wear slippers at least 12 hours a day, be attuned to their senses, particularly touch, and provide honest and clear reviews and feedback.
