Information about our services — including Brand Campaigns, Display Advertising, Content Licensing, Creator Partnerships, and The Everywhere Effect — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer.

Specific service terms, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work prior to commencement of any paid services.

Free tools such as the Everywhere Score audit are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty. Results are indicative only and do not constitute professional marketing advice.

06 User Submissions & Content

When you submit content to us — including video content, images, or other media for potential licensing or publication — you warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to submit the content
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • The content does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

By submitting content, you grant The Viral Group a non-exclusive licence to review and evaluate the content. Any licensing arrangement for publication will be governed by a separate Content Licensing Agreement.
